Electronic Declaration system (EDS) allows to submit tax declaration documents in electronic form. The EDS system is the first system of public electronic services that implemented user identification using electronic banking systems, also the system supports the qualified digital signature for the submission of tax returns and annexes thereto

In 2012, more than 90% declarations of citizens and entities (RIT, VAT and other) were filed electronically.

TECHNOLOGIES

The EDS system is created and developed using the family of Microsoft products: Microsoft .NET (ASP.NET, C#, WCF) and Microsoft SQL Server 2008. Internal and external users can perform all activities related to the tax return completion, review, filing and handling using the Internet (web) browser. The solution for tax return completion ensures that using the browser the completed tax return visually complies with the paper document templates.
