As the HR Generalist your main responsibility will be to shape the HR and talent strategy in the company, drive and improve the recruitment cycle, be responsible for all of the administrative HR tasks and transform the HR strategy and people agenda into deliverable plans and actions. HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute HR and talent strategy
  • Drive the whole recruitment cycle, including developing job descriptions, sourcing talent, and conducting interviews
  • Engage, influence & challenge company management in the development & implementation of business strategy, and work with managers to understand and predict business needs for people management priorities (e.g. resource, skills & capability, performance, succession & talent planning)
  • Translate HR Vision, HR strategy and people agenda into deliverable plans and actions that align with company business strategy
  • Identify activities that link in with company HR strategy, develop key measures and track activity against plan
  • Optimize recruiting processes, create new job profiles and optimize our current selection processes including target-oriented tools to offer the best candidate experience as well as the perfect choice for talents
  • Be responsible for all administrative HR tasks, including employee inquiries, on-/offboarding, and contract management
  • Develop the strategy and marketing efforts to create employer branding activities for our target community
  • Planning, implementation, supervision, evaluation and improvement of all the company talent and learning development activities
  • Support the performance & reward agenda, including cyclical activities; annual pay review, annual bonus payments, and annual people reviews
  • Work with managers to identify and improve people management gaps through coaching or other means
  • Implement HR programs in alignment with HR strategy through assigned organization providing advice and service to management
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of HR manager experience preferably in IT or technology company
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, solid ability to conduct interviews with candidates
  • Extensive HR generalist experience and detailed understanding of all aspects of HR Management including resourcing, talent management/succession planning, change management and employee relations
  • Have hands on experience with various people topics - hiring, onboarding, employment relations, HR admin/legal, learning and development, talent management, employer branding
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Strong analytical skills and proven understanding of human capital measurement and delivery of performance improvement interventions
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
  • Well organized, responsive and able to work under pressure
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages and possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
