Currently we are looking for an Office administrator based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
- Receiving, reviewing, distributing and securing access to correspondence;
- Preparation, control and storage of general documents in accordance with the rules of office of the Republic of Lithuania;
- Ensuring timely registration of contracts and maintenance of the register;
- Accurate registration of outgoing / incoming documents;
- Document preparation and mailing; Telephone call flow management: receiving, providing information and resolving issues;
- Company guests consent;
- Office administration and business administration, office supplies.
- Higher education (may be a final year student);
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
