Currently we are looking for an Office administrator based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Office administrator
Responsibilities:
  • Receiving, reviewing, distributing and securing access to correspondence;
  • Preparation, control and storage of general documents in accordance with the rules of office of the Republic of Lithuania;
  • Ensuring timely registration of contracts and maintenance of the register;
  • Accurate registration of outgoing / incoming documents;
  • Document preparation and mailing; Telephone call flow management: receiving, providing information and resolving issues;
  • Company guests consent;
  • Office administration and business administration, office supplies.
Basic Requirements:
  • Higher education (may be a final year student);
  • Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
  • Thoroughness and responsibility;
  • Ability to absorb new things quickly.
