Restriction of debtors monetary funds information system (PLAIS) allows the transmission of data from cash sweeps and restriction orders to credit institutions. This system proportionally allocates debtors’ monetary funds to providers of cash sweeps, controls restrictions on debtors’ monetary funds and cash-sweep processes, and supports the data-exchange process by creating integrations.

  • PLAIS allows all order providers to supply data about cash sweeps and restriction orders to credit institutions in a uniform manner
  • PLAIS enables rankings of cash-sweep orders in line with guidance requirements, including fullfilment orders and proportional allocation of debtors’ monetary funds
  • PLAIS allows a debtor’s cash constraints to be taken into account and control over the write-off process, as well as enabling immediate data exchange between those involved in the restriction procedure for monetary funds
  • PAIS simplifies and speeds up data exchange considerably, reducing the need for paper documents
  • PLAIS directs cash sweeps on accounts that contain funds. This helps excessive cash sweeps or restrictions to be avoided
  • PLAIS automatically tracks changes in a debtor’s accounts and, if necessary, automatically limits newly opened accounts. This makes it possible to facilitate and speed up the fund-recovery process without further actions by an indication provider
  • Those that provide instructions can quickly access information about the execution of oders and are automatically notified if other order providers connect to fund recovery

The solution is based on the following technologies: SEPA, LITAS-KART, Oracle RAC DB; Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform; Java EE, JMS, XHTML, JavaScript
