What do I need to start using Alna Cloud

All you need is an internet connection and a browser, we recommend using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera or Safari.

Do I need to purchase a Dynamics 365 Business Central license in order to start using Alna Cloud?

No, licensing fees are included in the monthly fee.

What's the difference between Essentials and Platinum license types?

The Essentials license includes these modules: Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Project management, Human Resource Management and CRM. The Platinum license includes all of the above modules as well as additional Manufacturing Management and Service Management modules.

Can i add other modules to my su subscription plan?

Of course, you can add SAF-T, i.VAZ, GPAIS or any other of our solutions for Business Central.

Is Alna Cloud adapted to the Lithuanian market?

Of course, this is ensured by the official Lithuanian localization, certified by „Microsoft“ as well as the additional SAF-T, i.VAZ and GPAIS modules.

How is Alna Cloud different from a standard Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality?

Are all subscription plans are subject to the same service conditions?
