Yes, Alna HR Office has the total time accounting functionality, but you can also select from a list of total time accounting alghorithms to find the one that best suits your business.

Is Alna HR Office being constantly updated?

Yes, Alna HR Office has an active roadmap and is constantly updated in total alignment with the relevant legislative changes.

Will we be able to generate payroll reports?

Yes, you will be able to use a wide range of reports built in Alna HR Office: from HR and time accounting to payroll reports, as well as reports required by the State tax authorities. On top of that you will be able to generate custom reports based on selected criteria.

We have an employee incentive system in place, can Alna HR Office calculate additional incentives using different methodologies?

Does a vacation request created on the employee self-service portal go directly into accounting?

Yes, after the manager approves the request it is sent directly to the Alna HR Office working time accounting module.

Is the employee self-service portal compatible with mobile devices?

Yes, you can use self-service both on your computer and on your tablet or smartphone.
